Terms of use

These terms apply to the software applications Paper Napkin Agency LLC (“Paper Napkin”, “we”, “us”) uses to deliver its services, including our applications that connect to Meta and to Intuit QuickBooks Online (together, the “Applications”). By authorizing or using an Application, you agree to these terms.

Who can use the Applications

The Applications are business tools. They are used by Paper Napkin and by the organizations we work with, under a separate written agreement for our services. They are not offered to the public.

Your authorization

When you connect an account, such as a Meta advertising account or a QuickBooks Online company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so, and you allow us to access and use the connected data only to provide the services agreed with you. You can withdraw access at any time from the settings of the connected platform, or by contacting us.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data. We use it only to provide our services, as described in our privacy policy and our agreement with you. We protect it with reasonable security measures and do not sell it.

Our property

The Applications, and the methods, software and know-how behind them, belong to Paper Napkin. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Applications.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Applications for anything unlawful, to try to gain unauthorized access to them or to any connected system, or to interfere with how they work.

Third-party platforms

The Applications connect to services run by others, such as Meta and Intuit. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the Applications accurate and available, but they are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Paper Napkin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Applications. Our total liability is limited to the amount set out in our agreement with you or, if there is none, to one hundred US dollars.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access to the Applications if these terms are breached or our agreement with you ends. Sections about ownership, liability and governing law continue to apply afterwards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, unless our agreement with you says otherwise.
